Terms of Service (TOS) Last Updated: December 10, 2024 By purchasing any product or service from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. 1. Nitro Tokens Terms of Service Recording Requirement: You are required to record the purchase process for any potential replacements or issues. This documentation may be requested for verification purposes. No Replacements for Server Joining Errors: We will not replace tokens if you encounter errors when attempting to join servers. No Refunds for Mass Token Revocation: If Discord mass revokes tokens, we are not responsible for replacements or refunds, as this is beyond our control. Promotion Revocation: If Discord revokes a promotion, we will not issue replacements or refunds. Manual Logins: Do not log in manually with the tokens, as this may cause them to be flagged or locked by Discord. Usage of Tools and Proxies: You must use only reputable tools and proxies. Avoid using flagged tools, as this may cause issues with the tokens. Warranty on Tokens: 30-Minute Warranty: Only valid for tokens that are locked, invalid, or flagged. 10-Minute Warranty: Only valid for Nitro tokens; we are not responsible for any issues after this period. 2. Server Boost Terms of Service Boosting Account Management: We will not replace server boosts if any boosting accounts are removed or kicked, whether manually or by an anti-raid bot. No Boost Transfers: Boosts cannot be transferred between accounts or servers, and we do not facilitate any transfer requests. Promotion Revocation: If Discord revokes a promotion, we will not replace the boosts. Token Revocation: If Discord revokes Nitro tokens that were used for boosting, we cannot offer replacements. 3. Tool Terms of Service Tool Functionality and Updates: If a tool stops working, gets patched, gets leaked, etc., we will try to fix it and provide an update. However, no refunds will be issued, even if we do not fix the issue. Project Termination: We reserve the right to end any project at any time without providing a refund. Lifetime Service: "Lifetime" refers to the duration that the service or version is actively running. If the service or version is discontinued, no refunds will be provided. Key/Login Security: It is your responsibility to keep your keys/logins safe. If you lose them, you will need to pay a fee to recover them, which will be discussed via ticket. Key Sharing Prohibition: You are not allowed to share any of your keys. Sharing keys will result in the suspension of your product without a refund or notice. HWID Reset Limit: In our Discord server, there is a 1 HWID reset limit per month. If you require a reset before the month ends, you can purchase a reset via our website. Failure to comply will result in your license key being banned and a fee being imposed, which will be discussed via ticket. 4. Rebrand/SRC Terms of Service Pricing and Duration: You must not sell below our established prices or offer different durations. If you wish to discuss pricing, it must be done prior to the rebrand being completed. No Free Key Distribution: You must not trade or give away free keys, even to friends, unless discussed and approved with us beforehand. Selling or Leaking Source Code: You are not permitted to sell, leak, or distribute any of our sources, rebrands, or tools. Doing so will result in termination of any products you own, without refund. Free Updates and Fees: We provide free updates for patches and flags. However, new SRCs may come with an update fee. If a new SRC is provided, the rebrand must be repurchased, though we offer up to 50% off for returning customers. Login Access: We will provide a login for you to access your rebrands. Keep your login information safe—lost logins will incur a fee for retrieval, which will be discussed via ticket. Keyauth Login Restrictions: Sharing or selling Keyauth logins for rebrands is prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in termination of your rebrand and products, without refund. Discounts and Giveaways: You may offer discounts or giveaways only if permission is granted through a support ticket. Free Keys and Additional Purchases: For each rebrand, you will receive 15 free keys based on the durations we provide. After selling these keys, you may purchase additional keys at a rate of 15 keys for $10 or choose our unlimited key generation plan available in our Discord server. 5. Important Notices No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. TOS Changes: These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes. Partial Products: If the product is partial or incomplete, you are required to pay the full amount for the product to be delivered in full. Agreement Upon Purchase: By purchasing any product, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service. Issues on Your End: If the issue arises from your end (e.g., technical issues, incorrect use), we are not responsible for providing assistance. Replacements will only be offered if the issue stems from our end. Price and TOS Adjustments: Prices and Terms of Service are subject to adjustment at any time without prior notice. Abusive Behavior: Any abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in the cancellation of your order without a refund. Vouching Requirement: We require you to vouch for the product on our platform (e.g., Sellix or our server) to maintain warranty coverage. Failure to do so may invalidate any warranty claims. Timely Reporting: Any issues with a service/product must be reported within 1-2 hours of noticing dysfunction. After this period, we may not be able to offer compensation or a resolution. 6. Final Terms Binding Agreement: Once you have purchased a product, you agree to adhere to these Terms of Service. Any disputes or requests outside the guidelines provided will not be entertained. Final and Non-Negotiable: These Terms of Service are final and non-negotiable. No exceptions will be made.
